Professional Product Photographer - what can you expect in terms of the quality.
Many clients ask me this - how come your pictures are so clear and crispy?
It is hard to answer this question just in few sentences. Just like answer the question "how to prepare good food"
In product photography - whether it is furniture, fashion, jewellery, food, architecture, glass, cosmetics, metallic objects photography, etc. you always have the number of factors that affect final result. I'll try to describe few categories.
- Studio lighting setting - this is where the process starts. Even in the same group of products you need the change lighting few times depending on the nature of the product.
Couple examples:
- In jewellery photography depending on the shape, material and surface texture you need to perform substantial changes in lighting.
- In furniture photography - it depends, whether you shoot white metallic furniture with glass tabletop, or natural wood furniture, or furniture with upholstery
- In food photography - whether you have packaged food, bottled drinks, or food in transparent containers or else presented on the restaurant table.
